Important Reminder......

Has everyone had or scheduled all your necessary yearly appointments? Also, every now and then you should have a great facial, pedicure or massage. It feels like unnecessary indulgence, but I think it's more important than that. And it goes without saying that the bag of Dove dark should be right next to your vitamins-which you are taking RIGHT?!?!?
